WAKEWELL - DOUBLE UP YOUR DONTATION

My name is Mark Heger and have been the National Director of WakeWell Ministries for the last 14 years. During that time, WakeWell has developed many relationships with people living and working within the wake industry and wake culture all across the world.
Currently there are over four million people in the USA that identify as part of the wake culture. Four million people! And our goal at WakeWell is to reach those 4 million people with the love of God and the Gospel of Jesus. Four million people is equivalent to the population of the country of Panama. And if you think about it, Panama has over 11,000 churches that have been established to live among the people, to speak their language, participate in their culture, and share the Love of God with them.
But who is doing the same with the wake culture? The four million people of the wake culture need someone to live among them, to speak their language, participate in their culture, and share the Love of God with them. And that is exactly what WakeWell is doing!
WakeWell is the only organization that is specifically focused on sharing the Gospel with the people who live in the wake culture and work within the wake industry. We work with the some of the top professional riders, industry executives, and legends of the sport…while also staying closely connected to majority of the culture that resides at the grassroots level of the industry.
Currently we have 15 WakeWell Chapters spanning 8 different states, representing 7 cable parks and 8 recreational boating lakes. We have 30 volunteer Chapter Leaders that are sacrificing time out of their schedules to build relationships, plan weekly meetings, and host events and contests for the people in their scene because they have bought into the mission and vision of reaching their fellow wakeboarders and wakesurfers for Jesus.
Each of these Chapters is building a community of people made up of riders who are joined together through their common passion of wake sports and who desperately need to hear about the God who created them and loves them! And because of the way that our WakeWell Leaders have built relationships and invested into the lives of so many people on the recreational side of the wake culture spectrum, we have also developed an incredible amount of favor within the top level of the industry!
God has opened the doors for WakeWell to be present at some of the largest and most prestigious events in the sports of wakeboarding and wakesurfing. This year alone, we have had the opportunity to host Wake Church at twenty-two different events, from local grassroots contests to the WWA World Championships. And collectively we saw over 1,100 people attending our Wake Church services!
During the month of November, WakeWell is running a campaign called “Double-Up Your Donation”. During the entire month all donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar, essentially doubling the impact that each donation is able to have! We are super excited to see how God continues to use WakeWell to love the people of the wake culture all across the United States and all across the world!
